Staff Training - Training Fellowship - Day 4

Having crossed the half-way mark of our training session day 4 had very reflective sessions.

The day began with a session on Classroom Observation to equip the Master Trainers to conduct effective observations, noticing not only the obvious but also the finer details of the learning environment.

Problem Solving is a critical skill required in most professions. Putting it in the context of teaching and teacher’s problems, stretched the MTs to think of how they would solve real problems on field.

We moved on to a mock Math lesson on Data Handling. We collected our data for use by measuring our smiles! Nayan has the largest smile in our group!

Something that the training fellows found really helpful was our session on ‘Experiences from Phase 1’. Our RPAs told the Master Trainers how difficult it was to plan and conduct teacher training, as well as how they help teachers plan lessons and manage their time.
